Can other users see my email conversations? I want them to

I would like to know, if I add other users/employees to my account, are they able to see my email conversations with my contacts/companies? (given the fact that I DO want them to see the conversations; so in case one user (let’s say Bob) responds to Company 1 with a reply, it’ll be noted on the CRM so that the other users would know that Bob took the task. So there’s no confusion of who will respond to which emails & that everyone is aware of what’s going on.
