I’m really hoping you can help me. We have macs and windows laptops in our business and are running outlook on both.
I’ve been using the outlook plugin for zoho crm so identify emails in outlook that I want to send into Zoho. It works fine on the Windows machines and shows by a category colour block in the outlook email preview pane that a particular email has been sent into Zoho.
However the same functionality doesn’t seem to exist for Mac. The plugin sends the selected email to zoho fine but it doesn’t mark the email as having been sent to zoho with a category box. I’m wondering if I’ve mised a setting somewhere. I’m trying to get some help from Zoho support but it’s painful and they just send me copy and pasted sections of the documentation on the website that doesn’t address the issue I’ve got. Any ideas?
