Let say… there is a ticket open… and after visit, there is some charges to be done about it…parts and services. what would be the best practices for it?

In Zoho ONE you could just let the operator have access to Zoho CRM.
But let me look.
I don’t use Zoho Desk as my default ticker system so I’m not in there too much.
